Have an "everyone-can-win" attitude.

Seek First to Understand, then to be Understood
Listen with your eyes and heart not just your ears. Listen to the other
person’s point of view before sharing your own.

Synergize
Work together to achieve more.
The Catholic Response: As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God’s varied grace. 1 Peter 4:9 -
Sharpen the Saw
Take care of yourself. Make it a priority to renew and strengthen your
mind, body, heart, and soul on a regular basis.
